Welcome to "The Coquina Surf House! " Please enjoy our vacation home to the fullest! We are a Pet, friendly home! With that being said, please pick up after your dog. As far as cat litter, we request that there is none in the house. You may have cat litter on the back porch or in the garage. If your animals sleep on the bed, we request that you put a separate sheet down to help, protect comforters, etc. As far as smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes... only outside or back porch. No smoking etc in the house. Golf Cart - may be used during your stay to access the beach and other coastal pathways. Please use the golf cart during daylight hours only. Guests must sign a waiver before using the golf cart. No more than 4 people at a time on the golf cart. No golf cart on A1A. Stay beachside. You must be 18 years or older to operate the golf cart. No Parking in the garage. The garage is available for recreational use, beach spillover, golf cart storage, and washer/dryer. When building a fire outback please extinguish with hose once you are done. Never leave an active fire. When using a hose or outside shower please remember to shut the water off when done. Respect the neighbors. We understand that you are on vacation and we want you to indulge, But please be mindful of noise and hours. Checkout ⏰ - checkout is by 10 AM. Trash 🗑️- Please make sure all the trash is in the trash cans. Trash pick up is Mondays and Thursdays. Dishes 🍽️ - Please make sure all of the dishes are out of the sink and in the dishwasher with the dishwasher ran before you leave. If for any reason, it’s out of dishwasher fluid then please pack the dishwasher. The cleaners will run it , when they come to clean. Pets 🦩 - If you brought animals 🐶🐰🐈🐩🦮, please make sure to pick up after them as no one likes to step in poop. 💩 Laundry 🧺- Please strip all beds and place sheets and towels by the door leading out to the garage.

Animals are allowed. There is a small fee of $100. Golf cart comes with the rental. Great for driving to the community beach access. Please fill out the waiver before using the golf cart. 18 years of age and older are allowed to drive. Not more than 4 people at a time on the golf cart. Please keep the golf cart beachside, not on A1A. Golf cart can be used during daylight hours only. Please watch out for gopher tortoises as the are a protected species in Florida. Back porch has seating and tv New organic coffee roaster and coffee shop opening very soon within walking distance. Bings Landing has a boat ramp, park, and Captain’s BBQ
